I am relatively sure at age 26 I should not have a broken down peg leg of a knee. But as a runner, it is what it is, and in an effort to stay fit I have come up with a few alternate (and fun!) exercise options to keep my figure while staying off my gimp leg.
- WATER AEROBICS
Ideal for perfecting your synchronized swimming techniques. Definitely wear a swimming cap. |

- TAE BO
Did everyone forget about Billy Blanks? HOW?! |
Probably hard on the knees.. best to just stick to waving your arms wildly in circles. |
Not to be confused with the Shake Weight, which, well.. you know. |
- JAZZERCISE
Not for the light of heart (she is VERY excited) and it looks like there's some bouncing. This might be the pre-running stage in recovery. |
For the skeptics, you get to wear some rad outfits! |

- COUCH POTATO
If all else fails, we always have this guy as our role model. He is suffering from a torn ACL. |
